What it is
Posture Lab combines passive techniques with specialized strength and flexibility exercises. These target the muscle-fascia-bone relationship, potentially offering advantages over other wellness practices such as yoga, massage, chiropractic, or acupunture.
What happens in a session
Your Posturist assesses your needs and applies therapeutic techniques to improve alignment by working on fascia and muscles. Initial improvements are common. Some soreness may occur as your body adjusts to the new posture; however, flexibility and comfort increase over time.
