The History of Facial Reposturing

The Facial Reposturing treatment evolved out of the stretch - massage - breath technology of Reposturing Dynamics—the Massage Workout that gives you freedom from pain and vitality you can see.

Facial Reposturing was developed by Olympic Sports Therapist, Aaron Parnell. With more than twenty years of clinical experience and research in posture and kinesiology, Aaron set out to create a facial treatment that would offer significant results – while also supporting the entire body’s overall health.

Facial Reposturing applies these specific massage and stretch techniques to alleviate tension and stress from three muscle groups in the head and neck.  They are called:

  1. Mimetic - The muscles of facial expression
  2. Mastication - The muscles used for eating and chewing
  3. Deglutition - The muscles used for swallowing.

The Reposturing Dynamics technology refreshes and restores the functional and aesthetic flexibility to facial muscles that have been ravaged, weakened and depressed by time, stress and gravity.  By having Facial Reposturing sessions, you will notice positive and long-lasting results while experiencing rejuvenation and vitality
