Having more than a thousand hours of Reposturing bodywork training, she has been effectively teaching workshops on posture and fitness.  Sharon is also a licensed Reposturing Module Certification trainer.

Dr. Lisa Walsh will help you create a balance between structural, biochemical, and emotional well-being. She specializes in treating women’s health issues, from pregnancy to menopause, and children and infants with specified health concerns, such as colic, asthma, allergies, and many other common childhood conditions. She assists her male patients with various health problems including but not limited to low back pain, prostate concerns, high blood pressure, impotance, and diabetes. Dr. Walsh’s techniques for chiropractic care include:*AK- Applied Kinesiology*TBM- Total Body Modification*NET- Neuro Emotional Technique.

Dr. Lisa takes a holistic approach to health care. Patients are guided through a series of chiropractic programs that assist the body in eliminating structural, biochemical, and emotional imbalances, all of which can lead to a decline in overall health and wellness.

Joy Reichard, M.A.- Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Alchemical Hypnotherapist

Joy Reichard is a Certified Clinical Alchemical Hypnotherapist and the founder of Transformative Hypnotherapy. During her 20 years in Human Resources, Joy developed a compassionate listening style which she partners with her intuitive skills and years of life experience to help others move through their issues and transform their lives. She helps her clients awaken inner resources, develop core strengths, reinforce desired behaviors and strengthen the connection to their own inner wisdom.  Joy acts as the container and creates a safe place for her clients as they evolve into their more actualized selves.  She does this by using proven hypnotherapy techniques which include relaxation, guided imagery, positive suggestion and reinforcement, active imagination, interactive trance work, reframing and regression (inner child and past life).

Joy's experience includes weight, stress and pain management; smoking cessation; phobia, fear and anxiety reduction; motivation and self-esteem enhancement; self-care; co-dependency and 12-step programs; insomnia; and performance improvement. Her additional skills and experience include intuitive and career coaching, personal and spiritual development, Lightbody, Reiki, and chakra activation and clearing.

Joy is a graduate of both the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy and the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis. In addition, she has a BA in Integral Studies and a Masters in Women’s Spirituality from New College in San Francisco. Joy is a Reiki Master, has had extensive training in Spiritual Psychology and has been a student of the personal growth and development field for 25 years. Joy is also a member of the American Counsel of Hypnotherapy Examiners, the American Association of Professional Hypnotherapists, and the Alchemy Institute of Healing Arts.

Steven Ginsberg, L.Ac. OMD

Trained in Mainland China, Steve learned advanced technique while working for his Oriental Medicine Doctor degree in 1987.  He started the Chinese Medicine Division of the pain clinic in Natividad Medical Center Hospital in Salinas, CA.  He has been involved in psychiatric counseling for 25 years.  He also treats an array of problems such as: respiratory, digestive, and urinary dysfunction, psychiatric problems,c hronic and acute pain, immune system disorders and gynecological difficulties.  Dr. Steve Ginsberg draws upon his skills in acupuncture, acupressure, Chinese herbs, Qi-gong, exercises, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and nutritional counseling to design an effective treatment for each client.

Sheilah Rogers, L.Ac., Dipl OM

Sheilah Rogers practices Traditional Chinese medicine using acupuncture, herbs, cupping, and electrical stimulation as her primary tools. She treats a wide variety of common complaints but feels especially adept at treating pain, allergies, headaches, digestive disturbances, and stress.

After receiving her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese medicine, she became licensed by the State of California to practice. She also received a Diplomat in Oriental Medicine from the National Certification Commission of Oriental Medicine. She also holds additional certifications in Facial Rejuvenation, Internal Medicine, and Liver Health. She can send you out for Western laboratories (eg: blood work) should you need or want them.

Sheilah's practice resides in both San Mateo and San Francisco and she accepts evening and some Saturday appointments. If you are a Brown & Toland patient, then she will directly bill your insurance. Otherwise, she can provide a superbill for your own reimbursement from your
