Facial Reposturing

Facial Reposturing is a therapeutic treatment designed to restore circulation and freedom of movement to the deep facial muscles; where facial stress can lead to signs of premature aging, jaw pain and dental problems. The Reposturing training intensive will enable you to help your clients get rid of facial stress, which leads up to deep lines in the cheek, neck, lips and around the eyes. It can also help with jaw pain, TMJD and headaches.

After this training you will be able to speak confidently about symptoms and solutions that you can offer to people suffering from tension-derived issues of the face, chest, and neck. You will gain the skills necessary to be part of a solution your clients are begging for.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Chest and Shoulders

Whether it’s chronic shoulder impingement, thoracic outlet syndrome, or a bust line that’s “gone South for the Winter,” this massage workout routine will be your Reposturing Dynamics “bread and butter” as it is the keystone from which all other upper body Reposturing Dynamics workouts got their start.

This module will show you how to maneuver and correct the position of the rib cage and shoulders to their proper position.  You will be able to improve conditions such as rounded shoulders and shortness of breath.  Your clients will celebrate your contribution to their lives.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Arms and Hands

Strength patterns, unbalanced exercise, chronic poor posture, prolonged use of computer mouse and keyboard—cause the arms and hands to gradually turn inward.  This distorts the natural front-to-back balance of the body.  Additionally, it may be the source of hand and wrist problems such as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow.

With this one-day training module, you will learn how to unwind an arm or hand that has been rotated inward.  You will be able to rebalance the arms and hands to restore freedom of movement and eliminate pain with long-lasting results.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Low Back, Hips and Pelvis

Nowhere is balance and flexibility more important for vitality and well-being than it is in the hips and pelvis.  Unconventional and unprecedented, the Reposturing Dynamics Massage Workout® for the Low Back, Hips and Pelvis specifically isolates, then liberates, the six muscle groups that control the movement and balancing power of the pelvis.

In ways that few somatic therapy technologies can, you will be able to help your clients experience freedom of movement and improved freedom from pain in the low back and hips.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Legs and Feet

Standing, kneeling, running, walking—The mileage we put on our legs and feet takes a toll on our muscles and joints.  Leg stiffness is one of the most notable signs of aging.  Most leg and foot problems are both preventable and reversible.

This training module will give you the knowledge and skill to help your clients feel like dancing.  You will learn to lengthen and restore the energy, mobility and circulation of the leg muscles.

Reposturing Fitness for the Gym

This module is for anyone who wants to have great posture even during workouts at the gym!  During this course, you will learn the essential points on how to get the best workout for your body while building strength and flexibility in your core posture muscles.
